I stripped down Hermes, my AI chief of staff, into a folder you can run on your own computer. Claude reads your email and calendar and keeps a set of plain notes organized for you. No servers of your own and no scripts, and the notes belong to you.

You'll need the Claude desktop app and a Pro plan or higher. It only runs while the app is open and your computer's awake.
